2024 Board of Trustees Meeting

The Board of Trustees is a group of persons meeting annually to set overall policy and provide guidance to the Council and oversight as specified in the Bylaws. The Board consists of the Chair; the Chair-Elect; one representative appointed by each Full Member and Affiliate Member (with right to replacement and reappointment by such Full Member or Affiliate Member at any time); any Emeritus Member; one representative appointed by any Associate Member entity (if not an individual) or any Associate Member himself/herself (if an individual); and all Standing Committee Chairs.

The Board of Trustees meets annually at a time and place determined by the Executive Committee.

In-person participation is strongly encouraged. Remote participation details will be added closer to the date.
